Customer Service Representative - We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer oriented professional to join our Customer Service/Dispatch Team.  The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving customer orders and entering information into computer system.  Qualified applicants must have excellent phone skills, computer and data entry skills; be able to understand directions and read maps and provide written and verbal directions; the ability to handle multiple tasks with a high attention to detail in a fast paced environment is essential.  Position requires an individual with a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, computer knowledge.  Knowledge of the Southern Maryland area helpful.

Sales Support Associate - We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic support professional to join our Sales Support Team.  The Sales Support Associate is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives.  This includes but is not limited to preparing sales quotes, promotional packages, pricing, sales tracking and responding to customer inquiries.  Position requires a committed individual with administrative experience who has ability to meet deadlines and has excellent communication and computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite and possess email and data entry experience.  Qualified applicants must have a high school diploma & at least 2 years of general secretarial experience. 

Maintenance Information Administrator - Seeking an administrative person who will be responsible for the database administration and software support of the Maintenance Department. The Maintenance Information Administrator’s goal is to maintain accurate and timely data for the inventory and costing system. This includes but is not limited to the maintenance and operation of a computerized management system for stock inventory, vehicle maintenance history and costing.  It is essential that the Maintenance Information Administrator compile and generate system reports, analyze data information, make recommendations to management, assist other department members with software and hardware questions, troubleshoot computer problems, coordinate data and generate P.M. schedule and reports.

A qualified candidate should have two years of college with an accounting background and 3 years experience or a high school education and 5 years experience.  A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office with a strong concentration in Microsoft Word and Excel is critical.  Experience working with a computerized system and knowledge of supply management and stock control procedures is desired.  Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with personnel, customers, vendors, sales reps, etc. is a must.

Maintenance Mechanic/CDL - Performs preventive maintenance services on all heavy equipment that is out in the field and is responsible for loading fuel and transporting to various locations for mobile fueling of heavy equipment.  Must maintain proper fuel and maintenance records.  REQUIREMENTS: high school education or equivalent and one (1) year CDL driving experience.  MUST HAVE a Class B CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsement.

Plant Maintenance Technician -  We have an immediate opening for a Plant Maintenance Technician responsible for the maintenance and repair of our sand and gravel and concrete plants.  This includes but is not limited to welding, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, boilers, and air systems.  Requires a high school education or equivalent plus 1-year welding or mechanical experience.  Requires excellent driving record, Class B CDL a plus.  Must be able to climb, frequently lift up to 100 lbs and be able to maneuver in and around equipment to perform tasks.
